Meet my Health & Fitness Coach, Liv

I’ve been working with Liv since the beginning of the summer, she’s kept me accountable with my food and exercise and made sure I haven’t gone off track over the summer holidays, she’s also prepared me specific exercise programs according to my goals, got me to up my steps and I have to check in weekly with my weight and measurements.
She’s made sure I’ve not gone off the rails over the summer hols but I’ve also lost a few pounds I needed to stop my jeans being so snug as well as lost several inches.
Being accountable has made a HUGE difference and helped me navigate holidays, meals out and occasions. Also made me stop and think twice instead of binging on chocolate. A big thing she's helped me navigate is cutting out dairy, which I suspected an allergy to. I highly recommend her and she is also helping one of my best friends to meet her health and fitness goals as well!
I thought I’d do a little Q&A with Liv so you can find out a bit more about her, her background she how she can help you…
So Liv how long have you been in the fitness industry?
Almost seven years as my fulltime job which is mental! But I was qualified and taught some exercise classes at uni before that so even longer really :-)
How do you help people?
I used to be a fully booked PT but now I help women all over the world by working online. Online coaching can seem like a foreign concept to many but I truly believe people get so much more support and accountability for their money!
I give people tailored workout and nutrition plans and keep them accountable to following them to get great results!
As well as setting them up with habits they can keep for life after! No fad diets here!
Who is your typical client?
I work mostly with women 32+ and the vast majority of my clients are mums (or step mums like myself.)
I am super interested (and nerdy) about female health so many of my clients have PCOS or endo or are peri menopausal and I LOVE helping women suffering with their health to make lifestyle changes and feel better.
Favourite thing about what you do?
I run a few client photoshoots a year and they are the best days! Meeting clients who have worked hard to feel confident and seeing women go from hating their body to feeling able to smash a shoot is the best feeling.
But I’m really lucky that almost daily I get nice messages from clients about their progress and that honestly never gets old!
