Personally, I think the regular leather bumbag is ideal for a holiday. It’s practical, looks good and goes with everything. I wear mine travelling to the airport. I keep everyone’s passports in it (x five if we are all travelling together) as well as my small purse, lip balm, phone, glasses and ear pods! Yes really!

Honestly, this bag is like a Mary Poppins bag because you get loads more in then you would think! So it’s ideal for the airport you have everything to hand and if your hand luggage only you can easily carry your pull your case as well because it’s hands-free.

I also tend to take my woven leather basket as well and then slip my bumbag into that so it’s one bag if you’re going through security etc.
If you’re travelling light and can only take one handbag it’s perfect!
I’ve also seen something I thought was pretty clever from @thisgirlcanorganise who uses an extra bumbag (so she can take two colours) to store all her jewellery in within her case! Very clever!
Once you arrive I tend to keep my bum bag in my beach bag by day so I’ve got my phone purse, et cetera safe in there. I also use the bumbag as my evening bag.
I will always go with a neutral colour so it goes with as many things as possible cream with gold hardware or gold are my go to.
