This 18 carat Gold Plated Rectangular Bar is a simple classic. I wear it alone but it looks equally good layered with another necklace. Available as a plain bar or engraved with 1972, 1982 or 1992. The benefits of 18-carat gold plating on stainless steel are that it will never tarnish or fade. Gold plating on sterling silver can fade over time but this will not. It also gives it the appearance of 'real gold' or 'old gold'.
