This is a wide brimmed hat, it has two small holes so you can add you own ribbon, scarf, fabric belt. It works really well with the Skinny Satin scarves. 

I’d say it would fit a small or medium head. Although because it is large brimmed you can perch it on top of you wish. 

Hat is sold without ribbon tie!
